Lesson 7: Song Recommendations

Congrats on finishing Module 2!

By learning chord progressions to strum through, you are establishing a great foundation to be able to learn your favorite songs (as songs are made up of chord progressions) and achieve your goals on guitar.

Please note that the song suggestions are not required to move ahead in the course. And you do not have to try and learn the ones I suggested.

But it is a good idea to start to try and find songs that you may like to learn by typing in Google and/or Youtube "easy guitar songs for beginners".

Quick note, if you check out Come As You Are (Nirvana), I showed you the "chords" page for the song. There is also the "tab" page if you wish to check that out. It is the guitar "riff" part. I teach you "tab" as part of Module 6 Lesson 5 if you need help with that. Also, the actual recording is in a different tuning, but unless you try to play along with the song, don't worry about it. Just tune your guitar as normal.

Remember to take a look at the Practice Schedule attached to this lesson as well.

Don't worry about practicing every single concept you see in the Practice Schedule. Just alternate what you practice on a given day for that core 10mins practice.

See you in the next module!
